ABOUT US
We are a group of around 30 7-12th grade HCHS students with a variety of backgrounds who are passionate about restoring equity in our school. Our community is constantly growing and evolving and we’d love to have new members! We have come together with the primary goal of advocating for diversity and integration. Our purpose is to hold the Hunter administration accountable for upholding the HCCS mission statement and doing their duty as a public institution to uplift the NYC population. We hope that with changes to our admissions process, Hunter could serve as an example and catalyst for integration across NYC elite public high schools. We work alongside HCHS parents (under the umbrella of MOSAIC), alums and faculty.
